Parquet Effect flooring to function suite at Bannatyne Hotel Darlington
Hotel function room transformed into a modern multi use space
As part of an existing extension to the fabulous Georgian townhouse hotel the Bannatyne Hotel Darlington have continued their refurbishment in their function suite.
This area previously had a carpeted floor finish and they wanted a more contemporary feel and practical floor finish to this large function room that is utilised for many events including weddings, conferences, live music, discos, etc. We recommended a Luxury Vinyl Tile to be used and Invictus LVT Maximus Highland Oak Canyon in a parquet finish was chosen.
The total job was completed over 4 days and we removed the existing carpet and prepared the sub floor with a screed from Ardex, the LVT tiles were then laid in a parquet effect and the colours tone perfectly with the decoration to give a fantastic finish to this multi purpose room.
